Job Description

Job Details:

• 40 hours/per week, 12 months/per year
• 1st Shift, 6:30 a.m. -  3:00 p.m.
• Wage Grade 7, Step 1:  $20.20 per hour 
• Schedule:  Tuesday - Saturday

Typical job duties:

1. As directed by the Supervisor, maintenance duties include wall repair and painting, assisting Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC-R and various other maintenance duties.
2. District-wide substitute for Laborers and/or Cleaner positions which entail cleaning and maintenance routines.  

Job Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or vocational school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and one (1) year of experience as a helper in any of the skilled building or service trades;  OR
• Five (5) years of satisfactory experience as a helper in any of the skilled building or service trades;  OR
• An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (a) and (b).
